Every day, the Brazilian Navy evaluates the wind and sea conditions at the entrance of Búzios to determine whether boat navigation is safe and authorized. If navigation is not permitted for safety reasons, R$40.00, corresponding to the boat portion of the tour, will be refunded. In this case, the planned boat itinerary cannot be carried out. If available, the R$40.00 may instead be used toward an optional Jardineira city tour. Lunch may be served before or after the boat tour, depending on the vessel's availability. Guests are allowed to bring small snacks, such as cookies or sandwiches. However, coolers, insulated bags, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. The boat offers bar service and snorkel equipment rental.

Pick-ups begin at approximately 6:50 AM in the Leblon neighborhood and downtown Rio de Janeiro. Your exact pick-up time will depend on your accommodation location and our logistics for the day of the tour. The tour ends at approximately 10:00 PM. Please note that all times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and periods of increased demand, such as high season and public holidays. Arraial do Cabo is approximately 175 km from Rio de Janeiro, and the journey there takes around 3 hours, depending on traffic. We recommend wearing lightweight clothing, swimwear, comfortable sandals, and sunscreen, and don't forget to stay well hydrated throughout the day!
